So-called "Kaiseki Ryouri " 2 !

by Kazu

We could see and savor the tangible hospitality and the culoinary art works in the hotel "Tsuruga Moku-no-shou". A slice of grilled fish was on two pieces of boiled bamboo shoot and topped with sea urchin.
Sudachi citrus accompanied for adding the twist to the grilled fish. The fish was so-called "gin-mutsu". As you ay know, "gin" means silver in Japanese.
Precise English name ia Patagonian tooth fish but I am not sure the name is popular in English-speaking countries or not. The taste?
Believe me. Superb !
