Marukoma Hot Spring Spa 2 !

This is the backyard of Marukoma Onsen Hotel. Lake Shikotsu surrounded by a variety of peaks could be seen form there.

 As I might have posted, "Shikotsu" means "Barren"in the language of the indigenous people of Hokkaido Ainu.

Almost no fish had lived there before but a person tried to raise
Kokanee and he was successful. Many anglers visit there and enjoy fishing.
